” We departed from Dublin at 6.50 am and after a coffee stop in Athlone we reached our first destination at Kylemore Abbey.This was a really amazing place !! Very quiet and full of history !! we had around 45 minutes to explore the Abbey and the surrounding area.
Then it was off to Killary sheep farm : we had a sheepdog exhibition there !! The farmer also allowed them to feed lambs which was very funny, indeed.
After that we drove through Leenane on our way to Galway City.We had 2 hours there of free time and to get some food
We were back in Dublin at around 8 pm I think.
I really enjoyed this excellent day tour out .
As a French person, Connemara means something special for me : a very romantic place and I wasn’t disappointed…I obviously recommend Extreme Ireland Tours . Our driver/guide Kevin was extremely knowledgeable on the area and made sure that everyone had a wonderful day.”
